too many thread colors to list, tell us what you want and we will do everything to accommodate you.
When placing an order - use the "notes" to put the name you wish embroidered on your coat and any special requests.
When possible, we will place on the left side!

Once the order is placed, we may need to order from our supplier in Italy! If that is the case, please allow 2 to 5 weeks for delivery. We have shipments every week but some styles require additional time to produce. We will always ship as quickly as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: on any international shipments, taxes, duties and fees will be paid by the customer.

Return & Exchange
Only clean unworn garments in the correct packaging within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Returns at customer expense, please get a tracking number for confirmation of receipt of your return. Any returns with free shipping, will have a refund minus the flat fee of $12.00 or more if larger shipment for outbound shipping. Shipping costs are never refunded.
