Refund Policy

Returns

Only clean unworn garments in the correct packaging within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Returns at customer expense, please get a tracking number for confirmation of receipt of your return. Any returns with free shipping, will have a refund minus the flat fee of $12.00 or more if larger shipment for outbound shipping. Shipping costs are never refunded.

If this is an exchange order, shipping cost will be added when replacement order is shipped.

NO returns on any altered, custom or embroidered garment.

**NOTE: returns of 2 or more garments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless otherwise discussed and documented by Luxury Italian Uniforms**

Gift cards

No cancellations on any custom order once production has started. Typical production time on a custom order is 6 - 8 weeks.

Any altered, custom or embroidered garments may require a 50% deposit.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
